Leash Links Tutorial
Taking a moment to regularly inspect your Leash Links product will help to ensure that your dog is safe, and you are using your Leash Link properly.
- Inspect your Leash Link and handle before each use.
- Check that all parts of the Leash Link and handle are in good condition. Specifically look for any damage, fraying or breaks along the link, the handle and also your dog’s harness or collar.
LEASH LINKS USE INSTRUCTIONS
Here are the instructions for attaching your Leash Link to your dog. Follow these instructions carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Connect the provided handle to the round ring located on the top end of the Leash Link.
Attach the snap hook located on the bottom of the Leash Link to your dog’s collar or harness. For added control, we recommend initially training your dog wearing a harness. As you and your dog get accustomed to using the Leash Link, you can easily switch to connecting the Link to a collar.
Keep the length of leash between you and your dog taut and begin walking. The Leash Link will function best when kept taut throughout the length of your walk.
Do not let slack into your leash at any point. When there is slack in the leash between you and your dog, your furry friend might be tempted to revert to bad habit of leash biting. Leash Links’ innovative design combined with taut leash walking will help prevent this behavior.
Once your dog is walking easily with Link and provided handle, if desired, interchange the harness for a collar and/or the handle for any leash of your own choice and follow the same instructions above.

All of our products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. Our promise to you: If the product you purchase from us does not function as it should due to a manufacturing defect caused by poor craftsmanship, defective hardware or defective materials, we will replace your product 100% free of charge! Simply said “If we screwed up, we will eat it.”
To initiate the warranty process, please be prepared to upload pictures of your item(s). If your Leash Link is flawed or broken, do not discard. We may need to see the items to determine if it is eligible for warranty. Leash Links will consider claims of product purchased from an Authorized Dealer or through our website, leashlinks.com. Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and material defects only. It does not cover products which are damaged by improper use or misuse of product, cleaning products, fire, normal wear and tear, abuse, disassembly, alterations, modifications or if product is lost, outgrown or neglected.
Upon receipt and approval of your request, we will mail an identical replacement of your item within 2-3 business days. If the color or design is retired, we will ask you to choose a new one. SHIPPING & RETURNS
We believe in stress-free buying and offer money-back, hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging including secured, original product fasteners and tag attachments. Please note Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you qualify for the Leash Links Lifetime Warranty. Leash Links is not liable for lost in-bound packages, we recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and insuring the package. If you prefer, Leash Links can purchase and email you a shipping label and deduct the amount from your refunded amount. Leash Links reserves the right to deny Return requests in its sole discretion if it determines that a customer is abusing policy or engaged in fraud.
For approved returns we will issue a credit via the same method of payment used for the original order. We will initiate the credit process within 48 hours of receipt of product; credit could take up to 21 days to process but are usually processed more quickly. Should the original payment method be unable to accept the refunded amounts, a paper check will be issued.
If a package is sent back to Leash Links as “Return to Sender” and Leash Links incurs a fee from the carrier that fee will be deducted from the refund amount before issuing.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Shipping is free for the continental U.S and in most cases, your item(s) will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and should be delivered to you within 5 business days of ordering. Keep in mind FREE SHIPPING must be selected in the shopping cart and is not valid with any other coupons or deals. For other shipping locations or options, shipping costs are calculated based upon the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the shipment, and the price of the entire order. Shipping will be calculated in real time at checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the United States will be subject to Customs, Duties, and Fees in addition to the shipping and product costs. We will not be responsible for these fees, nor will we offer any refunds to cover those charges.
